Broad Leaved Sage is one of the most popular culinary sage varieties, prized for its large, broad, gray-green leaves covered with soft, velvety hairs. The foliage is highly aromatic with a rich, distinctive flavor, making it an essential herb for cooking while also adding beauty and texture to herb gardens.
Plants develop into compact, bushy shrubs, typically reaching 40–70 cm (16–28 inches) in height.
