Sugar Beet is a distinctive beet variety grown primarily for its sugar-rich roots. It produces large, creamy-white, cone-shaped roots with vigorous growth and dense green foliage. A great choice for growing a unique root crop from seed.
Growing Method: Sow the seeds directly into the soil at a depth of 1–2 cm, leaving enough space between plants for the roots to develop properly. Water regularly to keep the soil evenly moist without waterlogging. Grow in a sunny location. After germination, thin out crowded seedlings to give each plant enough room to develop large, healthy roots.
