UC 157 F1 is one of the most widely grown hybrid asparagus varieties, valued for its vigorous growth, high productivity, and excellent spear quality. It produces straight, uniform green spears with tightly closed tips and establishes quickly compared to many other varieties, making it an excellent choice for both home gardens and commercial production.
