This compact, well-branched variety produces dense double flowers measuring approximately 10–15 cm (4–6 in) across in a rich golden-yellow color. Plants typically grow 45–60 cm (18–24 in) tall, making them ideal for containers, borders, and small garden spaces. It begins flowering about 65–75 days after sowing, depending on growing conditions, and continues producing blooms over an extended period when spent flowers are removed regularly. It requires full sun with at least 6–8 hours of direct sunlight daily. No artificial lighting is required for seed germination, and it is an easy, fast-growing variety.
Growing Guide for the Gulf Region:
For best results, sow seeds directly in their permanent location from mid-September through the end of February. Seeds can also be started indoors in early September and transplanted outdoors once weather conditions become suitable.
Sow seeds 2–3 cm (¾–1¼ in) deep, spacing plants 30–40 cm (12–16 in) apart. Seeds typically germinate within 7–10 days at temperatures between 20–25°C (68–77°F). Grow in well-drained, fertile soil and water regularly, allowing the soil surface to dry slightly between waterings. Apply a balanced fertilizer every 2–3 weeks during active growth to encourage vigorous plants and abundant flowering.
