Cayenne Thick peppers are long and curved with strong spiciness. Each grows to be 5-7" long and is 1.25-1.5" wide. They have thick flesh and wrinkled skin that is dark green and matures to be a deep red. - The largest Cayenne with thick walls that is good to use fresh, or dried as a seasoning.
